I ordered an extra large and it was way too small, so then ordered a 2X and it was perfect. This company let me keep the first one and sent me the 2X at no charge at all, I am super impressed with the customer service of this company, but think the sizing thing is way off.

The sweatshirt was washed once and "pilled" all over. It looks awful and the material is cheap. I paid a lot of money for this sweatshirt and would like resolution. I have pictures I can share showing the poor quality.
